What changes, what stays local, and where to get help.

Will other people see my theme?

No. Palette changes only the Notion view in your browser. Shared pages keep each viewer’s own appearance.

Can I use Palette in the Notion desktop or mobile app?

Not yet. Palette is a Chrome and Edge extension, so it works with Notion in those desktop browsers.

How is my Notion page handled?

Palette processes page elements in the browser to apply styles. Normal styling does not upload your page content. A screenshot leaves the device only if you manually attach it to feedback.

How many devices can I use?

The free trial works on 1 device. Annual, one-time, and organization licenses support up to 3 devices per license.

Is preset sync automatic?

No. Settings stay in extension storage by default. Account presets are sent to Palette only when you choose Save to Account, and loaded only when you request it.

Need help before you can sign in?

The Feedback page accepts text inquiries without an account. A reply email is optional and is not used to create or link an account.
