This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for "Palette for Notion" through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

We offer a transparent "Self-Serve Refund" system because we value your satisfaction. However, to maintain a sustainable service, we enforce reasonable limits on refunds.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can process the refund yourself instantly through your account dashboard.

2. How to Refund (Instant Processing)

• Go to your Dashboard (Account Settings).
• Locate your active license.
• Click the "Refund" button.

Once confirmed, the refund is triggered immediately via Lemon Squeezy. Funds typically return to your bank account within 5–10 business days.

3. Consequences of Refund

Requesting a refund will result in immediate actions:

• License Revocation: Your license key will be deactivated instantly.
• Access Loss: You will lose access to all paid features immediately.

4. Refund Limits & Abuse Prevention

To prevent abuse and cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors, we enforce the following strict limits:

• Lifetime Limit (Max 3 Times): Each customer (identified by email or payment method) is limited to a maximum of three (3) refunds over the lifetime of their account.
• Final Sale Rule: Any purchase made after reaching this 3-refund limit is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of the 7-day window.
• Abuse Policy: We reserve the right to deny refunds or ban users who repeatedly purchase and refund the product to exploit the system (e.g., using it temporarily for free).

5. Subscriptions

• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Access remains until the billing cycle ends.
• Refunds: The 7-day guarantee applies only to the first payment. Renewal payments are non-refundable.
