These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Palette for Notion browser extension, website, and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Disclaimer: Palette for Notion is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Overview

Palette for Notion customizes the visual appearance of Notion through client‑side CSS changes. The Service does not access or store the content of your Notion pages.

• Service availability depends on Notion’s web interface and may be affected by changes made by Notion.
• The “Save to Account” feature is a manual backup function, not real‑time sync.

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device access.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use.

4. Licenses & Usage

• Licenses are personal, non‑transferable, and for your own use.
• Sharing, reselling, or publicly distributing license keys is prohibited and may result in immediate revocation without refund.
• Device activation limits may apply depending on your plan.
• Event‑granted licenses may be revoked if event conditions are violated.

5. Purchases, Billing & Taxes

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, LemonSqueezy. By purchasing a license, you also agree to LemonSqueezy’s terms and policies.

• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Taxes and fees may apply based on your location.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Bypass or attempt to bypass license validation mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service.
• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Palette for Notion. You retain rights to your presets, but grant us a limited license to store and process them for providing the Service.

8. Updates & Modifications

We may update, improve, or modify the Service at any time. We may also discontinue parts of the Service if necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palette for Notion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the policies of our merchant of record (LemonSqueezy).

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
